In our last EXECOM Meeting held last June 19, 2012 in Malolos, the following details for the MAPSA GENERAL ASSEMBLY this year have been approved as follows:

PARTCIPANTS : School Heads, Administrators, Principals, Subject Area & CIE Coordinators,
Librarians, Guidance Personnel, Registrars, Finance Officers,
Human Resource Personnel, Faculty Representatives: ECE, GS and HS

ON TIME REGISTRANTS (Aug. 18 ??Oct. 31, 2012) - Php 1, 200.00
LATE REGISTRANTS (Nov. 5 - 15, 2012) - Php 1500.00
* Note: It is necessary that all participants attend the 3-day assembly, and not just choose one or two days.

Respective MAPSA personnel will coordinate with each of the dioceses as regards the said diocesan forum.
Days 2, 3, 4 are scheduled on November 20, 21, 22, 2012.
Please be informed that on the first day of the Assembly Proper, signing-it will be at 7 a.m. It is at this juncture that PRE-REGISTRATION is highly recommended to save time and also to facilitate a smooth flow of the activities for the day. All the days will begin with the Eucharistic Celebration at exactly eight o'clock where we are expected to join our School Directors & Superintendents in thanking God for all the blessings showered on us.
PRE-REGISTRATION can be facilitated only ON-LINE via www.mapsa.edu.ph staring on July 16, 2012. For your easy reference and convenience, please refer to the GUIDELINES at the back and also found on the same WEBSITE. GUIDELINES
To Participants:Please read with care EVERY item below and be guided therefrom.
1. Pre-registration can only be done On-line via www.mapsa.edu.ph | (starting July 16, 2012 ??November 12, 2012)
1.1 Only paid participant(s) who confirmed via on-line registration shall be reserved.
2. Payment Scheme for the 3-day Assembly/Pax are as follow:
EARLY REGISTRANTS (July 16-Aug. 17,2012) - Php 1,000.00
ON TIME REGISTRANTS (Aug. 18 - Oct. 31, 2012) - Php 1, 200.00
LATE REGISTRANTS (Nov. 5 - 15, 2012) - Php 1500.00
2.1 You may pay directly at the MAPSA Office, 6th Floor St. John Bldg., Paco Catholic School, 1521 Paz St., Paco, Manila for which an official receipt shall be issued you;
2.2 or by depositing to MAPSA, Inc. BPI Account # 0051-0542-53, and immediately thereafter e-mailing to support@mapsa.edu.ph or faxing to (02) 564.3712-13 | 564.9445 the following: Name of participant(s) for whom the payments is/are made, Corresponding Deposit Slip
2.3 Strictly NO REFUND.
2.4 Bring your official receipt and/or bank deposit slip on November 20, 2012 should there be need to reconcile with Registration Committee lists. Signing-in at 7:00 am on November 20, 2012.
2.5 On-line registration until November 13, 2012 at 12:00 a.m. For those who shall register beyond the deadline will be considered as Walk-in Registrants.
